Sounds like your making the prescription equivalent of speed-balling. Is the Adderall prescribed? From experience the point of getting on methadone is to get off drugs eventually. Getting on another potentially habit forming drug while still in recovery is not wise. Safe? No, not without doctors oversight, but in general it wont kill you.

Yes ! If your taking the methadone for pain in a small amount that you Really have! & the Adderall when you Really have ADD! Not everyone is just trying to speed ball it!!!! That's not a very nice answer I'm sorry but Some People Really need help & have trouble getting the proper meds. They need for Real reasons not just to get high! I'm on Disability I really Do.
