Not sure when this question was asked, but I've been having terrible shortness of breath on Lexapro. Especially while coming down from 20mg to 5mg, which is where I am now. I've been doing it slow, but I developed shortness of breath that would last for hours. I've been to the ER 4 times for it. I thought for sure I had something wrong with my heart. Even saw a pulmonologist and was cleared. I'd be curious to know your symtpoms. Please email me at GARY1RN at Yahoo dot com.
