* I read once in a National Geographic article in Aug - Sep 2000 about the Olympics in Sydney and how athletes are trained for the big games, and it mentioned something about the amount of lactose in your blood and the capacity certain people have to brun it faster than other. It has to do with the relation of lactose/oxigen in your blood, but i am not sure about how it works. I've been looking for a related article in the internet but havent seen anything so far.

Several things can make people tired, but it does vary between individuals. The following are almost universal.

* Eating too many carbohydrates. * Large amounts of sugar. (As seen in the energy drink crash)
