Vitamin K has serious interactions with some blood thinner (such as warfarine - Coumadin). This interaction is very important and should be monitored very closely.

Good doctors test their patients for drug use if they suspect you're abusing. Most legal medicine will have bad interactions with illegal drugs and they could kill you if they don't take that into account.

Vitamin A & Vitamin D are most toxic, and also vitamin E is very toxic.
