Probably not a hair test. Your hair grows about a half-inch per month. They want to test the most recent 1.5 inches of hair. After two months the drugs are still within that 1.5 inches of hair. What I would recommend (besides not smoking any more weed while you have this job) is to go to a beauty shop and tell the stylist you want your hair "finger long." It'll be about half an inch long, which is enough to get the weed residue out of it but not so short it screams "this guy doesn't want anyone to know he smokes weed!"
Grams, ounces, pounds and kilo's.

It depends on how often you have smoked it and when the last time you smoked, or were around second hand smoke. The main chemical THC can exist in your system for up to 90 days depending on the amount, your weight, metabolism and other factors.
According to the government, somewhere between 1/3 of your body weight and 1500 pounds. That's a huge difference. If you can somehow get 1500 pounds of weed, than kudos to you.
With a scale.
You don't lose weight from smoking marijuana. You gain weight because you get the munchies when high, and eat a lot.
