Nope, Anne of Cleves dodged a bullet and didn't have any children with Henry VIII. Their marriage was annulled after a hot minute, so no little heirs running around causing drama. Anne just got to live her best life without any royal baby mama drama.
He married Anne of Cleves for diplomacy reasons.
Yes, to Catherine Parr.
Anne of Cleves and the last Catherine, Catherine Parr... Some like Anne Boleyn died directly because of Henry, and others like Jane Seymour died not directly because of Henry (like she died having a baby).
Ann spent her childhood in cleves which is in the low countires. It is believed that she had a very cruel and puritain upbringing in this very protestant court. Her brother ruled the household after her fathers mental deteriation and did so with a violence. He regurlary beat anne with a stick if she showed any sort of "wantonness". This may be why her and the notourisly hot blooded henry the 8th never consummated their marriage. It was reported that anne had a life long fear of her brother and this is why she chose to remain in england after her divorce.

Excuse me, but this is King Henry the 8th, and a monk he was not. So we all know that there is no way his majesty left her a virigin because henry was after all a king and slept with anything in a dress or skirt or whatever so yes he did sleep with Anne of Cleeves. He slept with all his wives. It's a fact.
No children with Ann. He didn't like her and I doubt they spent one night together .

No of course not. But Henry VIII (1491 - 1547)apparently did refer to his fourth wife, Anne of Cleves (1515 - 1557), as "The Flanders Mare", because he only saw her in a portrait before he married her, and when he saw her in real life, he didn't like what he saw. He did go ahead and marry her on 6 January 1540, but annulled the marriage 6 months later in July, as he didn't want to consummate it. She did get a generous settlement though, and stayed friends with Henry.
Anne Boleyn marry Henry because Henry asked her to marry him.-0-

He had misgivings about his marriage to Anne Of Cleves. The couple's first night as husband and wife was not a happy one. Henry confided to Thomas Cromwell (his First Minister) that he had not consummated the marriage, saying, "I liked her before not well, but now I like her much worse"
