Mussolini was the founder of Fascism. His followers come from where he did, Italy.
The one he was the leader of. Fascist. He was also representative of the Nazi Party.
Various countries have had a fascist government. For example, in the 1940s the government of Germany was a fascist one.
Fascist countries have almost always been dictatorships.
Fascism started in Italy and then spread to Germany, where it was more effective. Romania and Hungary also adopted fascism, and Spain underwent civil war that resulted in a fascist government. Croatia also held a puppet fascist government. Many other countries, such as Portugal, held a military dictatorship that acted somewhat like fascism.
Although one thinks of Fascism in relation to World War II, Fascism has also occurred in other countries. Lawrence Dennis, Elizabeth Diling, and Gerald Winrod are historical fascist figures.

Fascism had its origin in Italy. Although Nazism later most famously became synonimous with fascism, it was at the time only the Italian party under Mussolini in Italy that officially called itself 'fascist'.
There are currently no fascist governments, though the term "fascism" is often (and incorrectly) used to describe any sort of authoritarian government.
I think that they weren't elected.
Poorly. Fascism is extreme right-wing authoritarian politics, and is strictly hostile towards democracy, liberal ideas, etc. Fascist regimes are usually controlled by the oppressive and harsh rule of a dictator. Countries such as North Korea can be considered fascist, and the people under fascism are oppressed in their own society and usually have few rights.
During World War II, fascism was primarily associated with Italy under Benito Mussolini and Germany under Adolf Hitler. Italy was the first country to adopt fascism in the early 20th century, which influenced Nazi ideology in Germany. Additionally, fascist movements and regimes emerged in other countries, such as Spain under Francisco Franco, though Spain remained officially neutral during the war. Other nations, including Hungary and Romania, also had fascist governments or collaborated with Axis powers, reflecting varying degrees of fascist influence.
