Here's a potted account of what happened (historians are not sure of Anne's date of birth, but she would have been around 30 when she died):

Anne Boleyn (c1501-07 to 1536) the second wife of Henry VIII (1491 - 1547), was crowned Queen on 15 June 1533. On the 7th September the same year, she gave birth to her first child, Elizabeth, (later to become Elizabeth I), which upset Henry as he was determined the baby would be a boy. Over the next two years Anne had at least two miscarriages, thus dashing Henry's hopes of a male heir. When he tired of her and in fact already had his eye on another lady at Court (Jane Seymour), trumped up charges of incest, adultery, witchcraft and treason were conveniently brought against Anne. Courtiers friendly with Anne: William Brereton, Sir Henry Norris, Sir Francis Weston and Mark Smeaton her musician, were all implicated in the alleged adultery. Even Anne's brother, George Boleyn, was accused of incest with her. Anne was found guilty and sentenced to death, as were the five men accused with her.

She was beheaded at the Tower of London, on 19 May 1536, going bravely to her death (even joking the night before about how slim her neck was) and executed by an expert French swordsman who Henry had ordered, to give her a quick and more merciful execution. Anne's remains were put in an arrow chest and buried in the church of St. Peter ad Vincula, at the Tower. Her grave was originally unmarked, but during Victorian renovations her remains were identified and there is now a marker over her resting place.

What was Thomas Cromwell's relationship to Henry VIII?

Cromwell was one of Henry's chief advisors, rising from secretary to the Chancellor to Chancellor then Lord Privy Seal. Thomas Cromwell carried out everything the king wanted from divorces, marriages, executions to bringing money into his exchequer. Cromwell was very intelligent as Henry VIII has also been speculated to be, so he probably saw advantages in the conversations they had. However it is known that Henry VIII used to hit Cromwell when he was angry and call him a knave (A man of humble birth). Although Henry agreed to his execution, deliberately getting a poor executioner to do the job (it took 6 hacks to get his head off), he later regretted it. He referred to Cromwell as the best advisor he'd ever had and blamed the lords of his council for misleading him.

Why didn't Queen Elizabeth get along with Mary Queen of Scots?

According to the right of succession, Mary Queen of Scots was in line to succeed Elizabeth, since Elizabeth had no children. Mary was Catholic, so Elizabeth had her imprisoned and executed. When Elizabeth died, Mary's son James did indeed succeed to the throne, uniting the crowns of Scotland and England, but he did not favor his Catholic subjects. The Gunpowder Plot was the result of their bitter disappointment over this. See also the related question link below.
