Easy answer to a complex question

Politically:

Form a third party. A party which looks at a topic subjectively, reasons a solution and selects a solution which best suits the common good. ie a moderate party. One which does not select a solution based on party politics nor to simply counter a rival political stance to rally votes for a future election.

Economically:

step1:

Give a tax credit to these companies which chose to maintain businesses in the united states instead of out sourcing jobs to china or India. While at the same time slightly increasing import tax to make American made goods more competitive to foreign imports. Use the import tax to pay for the tax credit so it is self supporting. Thus American made goods are being sold at a competitive price to foreign goods while still providing jobs in this country.

step2:

Endorse and give economic and financial support to new developing industry. Especially green industry, alternative fuel sources and automated manufacturing. Investing in industries which are known to thrive in the future will ensure economic development and a boom will occur 5 to 10 years from now. By investing, the country would be setting up the infrastructure and systems which would allow for eventual superiority in said industries. Much the same way the rail road, auto or steel industry has done in the past.

step3:

Mexican illegal Immigration:

American was founded and based as a place where all those who wish it can come and thrive. To end illegal immigration end the novelty of the practice. Open a Mexican version of Ellis island. Allow imagrents to enter and be screened for security risks and health and to apply for American citizenship and so forth. By allowing those who wish to come openly the novelty of coming will not longer exist in the Mexicans eyes reducing the number of those wishing to come. By allowing them protection as citizens, taxes can be collected paying for services which they currently use and don't pay for and labor markets will be filled which are going unoccupied. Ten years after this practice is opened the amount of imagrents from Mexico will be reduced to the same amount as Canada. For those that are afraid that the country will change due to the Spanish population increasing dramatically. Institute laws which homogenize the culture. Make English the standard and common language and so forth. Or do what American always does. Let its population decide for itself what it wants and evolve naturally.

Step 4:

Unionized Labor

Unions are a good practice in theory. They are designed to protect the worker. However since their inception many(which i will not name) have evolved into a power hungry band which are more focused on gaining more money then protecting the workers themselves. Case in point, several recent job strikes have been directed to close the company itself if labor wages were not increased. If the job does not exist then their is no worker to fill it. American labor wages are one main reason American businesses can not compete with foreign markets. Until the recession is reversed unions need to recognize that to protect their workers jobs, which the union was founded to do, pay cuts may be necessary in order to keep the business and industry they work for a float. Then once business takes off again pay can be restored or increased. By reducing labor wages American goods can be produced cheaper and be more competitive meaning more will be sold. There by increasing the size of the company and increasing both wages and those that can be employed.

The goal in all of this strategy is to make as many happy as possible while at the same time making a system which works and is self supporting and allows for growth.

How did predestination spread durng the reformation?

Predestination was (and is) a part of Reformed Church Doctrine and spread with Reformed Church in Europe and America. The "founder" of Reformed Theology was John Calvin and John ran a school for reformers in Geneva. Naturally, Reformed theology was taught there and it spread as the graduates returned to their native countries and taught others. One notable example from Calvin's school was John Knox, who brought Reformed theology back to his native Scotland, from where it spread to America. (Presbyterian church, Dutch Reformed Church, Reformed Church in America, etc.)
