A common breakfast food is Ful Medames
African loanwords started when sone guy came from Africa to America abd started to say that and that person(s) told other people and so on.
All African people originated in Africa.
It is usually made into a porridge using water. It will probably say on the pack how to make it on the cooker/stove. It's South African and even within the country people tend to make and eat it differently. In the Free State and Gauteng, people tend to have it very thick and crumbly and eat it with sausages (boerewors) and a tomato & onion gravy. In the Western Cape, people tend to make it more as a thick-ish, smooth porridge for breakfast and you have it with butter, sugar and milk (or cream), so like oats really. Very tasty! I hope that helped! A South African living in the UK

breakfast
Como mi desayuna :) Como is I Eat. In spanish you don't say i have my breakfast you have to say i eat my breakfast :D
You say "frukost".
No. You could say 'what have you prepared for breakfast' or 'what did you prepare for breakfast' instead.
Any breakfast is better than no breakfast, but try not to have doughnuts or pastries all the time. well everyone says to have fruit and that but as long as you have breakfast. everyone says that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and no matter how annoying it is to hear people say that its true.
"Breakfast" in Spanish is "el desayuno", pronounced 'ell daysahYOOnaw'.
