In Israel, the most liberal country in the Middle East:

• women can petition for divorce,
• have abortions,
• have lesbian marriages recognized by the state,
• can object to any marriage arrangement based on personal desires,
• have guaranteed equal pay and workplace anti-discriminatory measures,
• can work in any company facility that may also employ men,
• are permitted (and oftentimes conscripted) into the Army,
• move autonomously,
• vote their conscience,
• report domestic abuse and workplace sexual harassment (without fear),
• practice whatever faith suits their fancy,
• assemble freely,
• be free from search and seizure without a government warrant,
• openly declare whatever political or historical views she may hold
• wear whatever clothes she pleases (except in certain neighborhoods, which are more modest and nude beaches where the dress code is clearer),
• be romantic or affectionate with her partner in public

Saudi Arabia, the most conservative Middle East does not have a single one of the above listed rights. Most famously, a Saudi woman can not drive.

Women can vote in Turkey, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Syria, India, Bhutan, Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, Yemen, and Israel.

Women have the right to vote in all countries of the Middle East including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, the next election cycle isn't until 2015 in Saudi Arabia.

It depends on the country in the Middle East.

Israel has a number of laws to protect women, guaranteeing her the right to wear whatever clothes she likes, the right to work and for equal pay and at whatever job she strikes her fancy, the right to choose with regards to abortion, the right to have a lesbian marriage (performed elsewhere) recognized in-country, the right to speak her mind, the right to drive and travel without restriction, and the right to vote.

Saudi Arabia gives women none of those rights by either law or custom.

It depends entirely on the country. Some countries, like Israel are incredibly liberal and protect the rights of freedom of speech, freedom of internal movement, meritocratic employment, freedom of assembly, freedom of religion, freedom from unreasonable search, seizure, arrest, and detainment, and numerous similar freedoms. Some countries, like Saudi Arabia, are incredibly conservative and openly criminalize basic activities such as women who drive or women who travel without a male escort, they do not allow freedom of religion for Saudi citizens either and routinely demolish Shiite Mosques.
