It is if the countries reason for war is reasonable
yes B/C you are defending your country.
The first Gulf war; Desert Shield and Desert Storm, were very justified. Iraq invaded and occupied Kuwait, and terrorized the nation. Iraq threatened to attack Saudi Arabia. The war was necessary to defend Saudi Arabia and free Kuwait from a murderous tryant--Saddam Hussein of Iraq.
Are wars justified? Well, that's something you have to answer for yourself. You can think on a high, grand level and say "Well, war gives a country some new territory." Or, you can think on the scale of the individual and think "Well, people die in wars." Personally, I think that a war is justified if the goals are realistic and manageable. Look at the war now. We can't possibly make pece in Iraq in any way short of killing them all. This war isn't quite worth it, but there are wars that are. In then end, it's your choice.War is justified when it stops certain people/powers who, if unchecked, would slaughter countless more people than it took to stop them. It is also justified in cases such as the Revolutionary war, when a country/colonies is/are wrongfully oppressed.
A just war is when a war starts for a justified reason not for revenge or to improve an empire or even for oil it has to be justified e.g. hostiges are being taken from 1 country that country can try to get the hostiges back if the other side (side holding the hostiges) retaliates it starts a just war becasue it started when hostiges were taken therefore is for a good cause hope this helped :)
yes
War is sometimes considered justified when it is used as a last resort to protect a country's security or to defend against aggression.
There have been a few just wars in the past. War can be justified if it is waged in order to defend yourself and your country and faith from invaders. War cannot be justified when it is offensive, instead of defensive. In other words, it is wrong to wage war if no one has attacked you or your country or your faith (eg. imperialist wars cannot be justified).
War is sometimes justified when it is necessary to defend against aggression, protect human rights, or restore peace and security.
War is sometimes justified when it is necessary to defend against aggression, protect innocent lives, or uphold important values such as freedom and justice.
A war where you defend your own country.
Legal in the sense abiding by law. Isn't it? A liable enough reason like "to defend ones homeland from enemies" or "to defend ones integrity" makes a war legal.
Not sure what you mean by a fair war but it seem like you are talking about a justified war, which i a war of defense. If your country was invaded you would be justified in using military force to real your attackers
yes B/C you are defending your country.
War for any reason cannot be justified. War is not accepted by any country. War brings destruction to lives and things. It damages resources. Any problems could be solved through meetings.

Congress decides if our country is in war, and the presidents send the soldiers to defend our freedom.
