There were two totalitarian dictators who were part of the Axis Force in World War 2. They were Benito Mussolini of Italy and Adolf Hitler of Germany. Josef Stalin was the dictator of the communist Soviet Union (Russia). Stalin was allied with Mussolini and Hitler at the beginning of the war but once the Germans attacked The Soviet Union that ended their alliance. The USSR then joined the Allied Forces.
