I would hesitate to dismiss the Franco-Prussian War as not a major war, but briefly after Napoleon was finished a sense of balance was restored to Europe, and the balance was not upset until World War 1. It was a rather long era of peace for Europe considering all the wars fought there in previous centuries. The balance of power in Europe was a complicated affair. In 1805 Napoleon abolished the Holy Roman Empire which had existed for centuries, and no one made an attempt to restore it after Napoleon was thrown out of power in 1815. Napoleon also abolished the Knights of Malta, creating a power vacuum in the Mediterranean which allowed the Barbary Pirates to make themselves known. It may have helped that the ruling families of Europe had become interrelated, but it was not enough to avert World War 1. Few people realize it, but King George V of Great Britain, Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany, and Czar Nicolas II of Russia were cousins.

Why is Germany in all world wars?

Germany does not exist as one nation until Bismarck in the 1870s. There is great conflict between France & Germany in History. In fact the Napoleonic times are very hard on Germany and the lives of those living in central Europe. Recriminations arise from the Prussian success in the war 0f 1870-71. Then there the First World War & the Treaty of Versailles; which must be seen as a major contributory factor in the reasons for the Second World War.
