What country does the dish pilaf come from?
I heard about qaboli Palau which come Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan or tajikistan.
But some people says that the Persian, Pakistan and India also makes them. But I have ate some of them. I liked the Uzbek one that was the best that's I mostly it come from Uzbekistan.
