Hideki Tojo always had a harsh, stubborn, and strict personality. Know as " Kamisan" and " The Razor." He was celebrated for his rise in leadership and Dictatorship, emergence of militarism and his view of others and the world.

He committed many violations of the Geneva Convention rules. He ordered the attack on Pearl harbor. His orders included notifying all the Imperial forces they were not to follow the Geneva Conventions. He endorsed and allowed extreme cruel acts to be conducted against the Chinese, civilian POWs and military POWs.
