Latins is a very broad term, here are some specific foods. -Mexico, Tacos, Tostadas, Enchiladas, Fajitas. -Puerto Rico, Alcapurrias, Carne Guisada, Jibarito. -Cuba, Ropa Vieja, Boliche, Shrimp, Vaca Frita. -Colombia, Aijaco, Coconut rice, Whale liver, Changua. -Spain, Tortilla(Like an omlette) Paella, Calamares, Turrón. Some common food/ingredients are: Tortillas(Flour or Corn) Beans(Red,Black ect...) Rice(White and yellow) Plantains(Fried,mashed into patties ect...)
