An essential tool for pulling backbone cable from an upper floor to a lower floor is a cable puller or fish tape. This tool helps guide the cable through walls, ceilings, and conduits efficiently, minimizing the risk of damage to the cable. Additionally, having a partner to assist with the pull can help ensure a smooth and safe installation process.

The ancient Romans had the hypocaust system of central heating. This was only practical for the first floor. If a second floor needed heating they used a brazier of hot coals. The ancient Romans had the hypocaust system of central heating. This was only practical for the first floor. If it has a cable attached to the throtle linkage, release it by moving the locking tang and pulling the cable all the way to the rear. Then get inside and floor the accelerator and it will automatically adjust the cable.
Fibre optic cabling is preferred for backbone cabling, particularly over large distances. But whichever type of cabling you use, cable that passes from floor-to-floor or through plenum areas must be fire-rated. Optical fibre non-conductive riser (OFNR) and/or optical fibre non-conductive plenum (OFNP) are the obvious choices here.
Here is how the Chilton Manual says to do it......1.Raise and safely support the vehicle.2.Disengage the cable from the transmission.->Disconnect the cable by pulling it out of the speed sensor. Do not attempt to remove the spring retainer clip with the sensor. 3.Disconnect the cable from its retaining clips4.Push the cable through the grommet in the floor and pull it into the passenger compartment.5.Disconnect the cable from the speedometer, cluster removal may be necessary.6.Install the speedometer in position and route it through the floor.7.Connect it at the speedometer and at the transmission.Hope this helps.
Because the weights must be pulling on the body part to which it is attached. So if you are in leg traction, the weights must be pulling on your leg. If the weights are touching the floor, then the floor is holding the weight of the weights, and not your leg.
Cable is installed with a bracket to usually two pan bolts on the transmission it is then routed through a hole in the floor to the shifter. Pretty easy job.

It is extremely painful. It is like pulling your lip to the FLOOR.
Push it up.
It would be best to unbolt and remove the front seat, then disconnect the cable at the transmission and at the columm, pull up the floor pad and pull the cable thru the opening in the floor. Reverse for installation.
It fastens to a pass through stud at the passenger floor.
The floor must exert a force equal to that of the force exerted on the desk from gravity. This force is called a "normal force"
The Atlantic cable was put on the bottom of the ocean floor by ships to transfer telegraph messages in 1864.
