Operation Iraqi Freedom currently involves the restoring of LAW & ORDER, & STABILIZATION of the nation of Iraq. Violators, terrorists, insurgents, and other criminal activities, have "WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE" posters out on them. It is the intent of the Coalition Forces & Iraqi Government, to arrest or stop these people, try them in a court of law, and administer justice accordingly.
