Henry makes a claim of value when he says there is no retreat but in submission and slavery! His point is that if the colonies don't declare war against Britain, the people of the colonies will be subjugated, an undesirable state of being.
Most land Grants were "proxy signed" meaning that usually they were signed by an assistant or designated secretary or authorized person. On very rare occasions did the President of United States personally sign a land grant as there were tens of thousands grants awarded for various reasons, many being early soldiers that served in the military and early settlers in undeveloped lands. Highly unlikely that either President actually signed a land grant in their own hand. Somewhere about 1830, President Andrew Jackson gave "secretarial authority" to others to pen his signature to the multitude of "ordinary" documents the President is expected to sign each day. The practice continues even today. So, in answer to your question, unless the land grant is to someone or someplace of some historical importance, I don't see it as a money value. But a great conversation piece!
