they hide in Anne room?!
Most of the people didn't get to leave, they just pretended to hide.
I'd expect that most people would know this, but it is the Underground Railroad.
Yeah of course you can, if u can shut up about whatever the secret is! Answer Some people can and some cannot. I have found that most people cannot. I tell nothing I want kept private to anyone. It takes great strength and good character to keep a secret. There is only one person in this entire world that I would share a secret with because we are so closely connected and have such a strong bond that I would never have to worry about it being shared with anyone else.
The Church of England. The Catholic Church did hold services in secret and in hidden places.
In most armies, on most occasions, the military keeps its plans secret. If the plans were public, the enemy would know what countermeasures to use.

The annex in question likely refers to the secret annex where Anne Frank and her family hid during World War II. The annex was discovered by the Gestapo, the Nazi secret police, in August 1944. Anne Frank and her family were then deported to concentration camps, where most of them perished.
The literal name of the place was het achterhuis: "the back-house". Most of the old canalside buildings had one - it was a basic feature of Dutch architecture for several centuries. Anne herself called it "the back house", "Secret Annexe" being a phrase made up by an over-enthusiastic English translator.
Anne Frank's family was supported by Miep Gies, Johannes Kleiman, Victor Kugler, and Bep Voskuijl, who helped them hide in the annex. They provided food, supplies, news from the outside world, and emotional support to the Frank family during their time in hiding.
They all took their turn bathing in a large tub once a week, but there was no shower installed in the building - they were not all that common in homes or buildings at that time - most people still preferred baths.
In August 1944, the inhabitants of the Secret Annex in Amsterdam, including Anne Frank and her family, were discovered and arrested by the Nazis. They were taken to concentration camps, where most of them eventually perished. Anne Frank died in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in early 1945.
If they didn't, Hitler would track them down and separate them from each other and put them each in a concentration camp. They would die. Margot received a letter from the Nazi's asking for her (as they picked out random people) They had to reply otherwise the Nazis would come looking for them and take them to the concentration camps and starve them. this is why they had to go and hide in the secret annex. Anne Frank parents had plan to move into the secret annex with was situated in the attic of Otto Frank (Anne's dad) building once Hilter raised to power. However, they moved in weeks before they had planned when Margot Frank got a call-up from Central Office for Jewish Emigration ordering her to report for relocation to a work camp. They moved into the secret annex on 6 July 1942 where they were joined a week later by the van Pels family and later in November by Fritz Pfeffer.
Anne Frank and her family moved several times throughout her life, with her most notable move being into the Secret Annex in Amsterdam, where they went into hiding from the Nazis during World War II. Anne Frank lived in the Secret Annex for over two years before they were discovered and arrested.

in fact it would of been the most bravest people in the world, one of the names was meip geis, now she is still alive now!!! Victor Kugler and Mr. Leddierman, some of the staff in the office below the sercet annexe.
Anne Frank's secret annex was located in her father's business building located at 263 Prinsengracht in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The construction of the annex made the added wall space difficult to discern from the exterior, providing a fairly large hiding area for the Franks family and others on the 2nd and 3rd floors. A bookshelf was placed in front of the only door to the annex. They were in hiding for two years until one of the employees snitched and told on them just for money.
The first part of the book takes place in her hometown and talks about the changes going around her. However, most of the books takes place in what Anne called the 'secret annex'.
