There wasn't a person who was a "bottler" in the middle ages. The ability to bottle, store and keep items in bottles will come much later in history.

Yes bottler's existed. They were in charge of the "Bottlery" or "buttery", he was in charge of storing and dispensing wines and any other really expensive provisions. Don't mistake medieval bottler for a modern one. Two different jobs.
