The long-term goal was to validate centuries of Jews trying to return to their ancestral homeland and declare a state wherein they could be free to believe as they will and live as they will in a culture that they could modulate without fear of oppression.


The short-term goal was in order to allow for Jewish Immigration from Europe following the Holocaust, which was largely stalled by the British, in order to increase the numbers of Jewish Militia Members and to be able to negotiate with other states and arms dealers in order to supply these additional soldiers.
