To fully understand the Nuremberg rallies, one must go back to WW I and the Treaty of Versailles in which Germany was forced to sign (Germany never officially surrendered in WW I). Germany was severely punished and suffered immensely while, at the same time, having a pathetically weak leadership. Along with suffering through the Great Depression with the rest of the world, Germany had to abide by the treaty's rules which caused even more economic harm and runaway inflation.
Hitler came to share power with Germany's leaders (before taking it all) and created the national socialist party (NAZI).
Like the United States has its Democrat and Republican conventions for support, elections, etc., the Nuremberg rallies were the NAZI party "conventions" so to speak. However, they were used to develop support and gather more membership for a one party country as well as to show strength and unity in a newly formed party as they were quite large, elaborate, and very impressive.
As history shows, it worked and worked quite well. The Nuremberg rallies were moved, eventually, to Berlin and eventually, canceled as the pressures of war mounted and, as well, the Propaganda from the Reichstag served the purpose equally well.

The Nuremberg Trials were held in Nuremberg, Germany, after World War II to bring Nazi war criminals to justice. The trials aimed to hold individuals accountable for their roles in the Holocaust and other war crimes committed during the war.
The Nuremberg Laws were a set of antisemitic laws implemented in Nazi Germany in 1935. The purpose of these laws was to institutionalize discrimination against Jews, stripping them of their rights as citizens and segregating them from the rest of society.

The Nuremberg trials were significant because Nuremberg was the city in Germany where the Nuremberg Laws were created, which deprived Jews of German citizenship. The trials were held in Nuremberg because it was almost like a punishment for the Nazis.
