An "Alliance" between Germany, Italy, and Japan. This is why Germany DECLARED WAR on the US shortly after Pearl Harbor.
The Soviet Union. They actually weren't an axis power nor allied with an axis power. All the Soviet Union did was sign a ten-year nonaggression pact with Hitler, which he broke only almost 4 years later. France and Britain were NEVER on the axis' side. This was because of the weakened state that Germany forced them to be in. It was also because of their history of each other.
They didn't... Before WW2, France made Germany sign the Treaty of Versailles which forced 440 laws upon Germany restricting their army, their government and many other factors...
Russia And AlliesYes. Though the U.S and Russia fought a battle of threats and bombs during the Cold War after World War II, Russia was a team player for the allies. Yes. Russia were allies and played an important part of Germany defeat. You could argue that Russia weren't the "team players" as they were thought to be. For example, Stalin refused to let American troops use his airfields in Warsaw.
US/NATO vs USSR/Warsaw Pact.
The start of WWII was caused by the German invasion of Belgium, after they had signed a nonaggression pact them. France and Britain had just barely signed a treaty that would help Belgium in case of the German's attack. Russia had also signed a nonaggression pact with Germany, but that was later disregarded. The League of Nations did nothing to stop Hitler's rise to power, and his slow gobbling up of Europe. Italy eventually allied with Germany, as did Japan. The US only joined after Pearl Harbor.
Germany had a pact with Japan and Italy.

Germany did NOT want to fight the US. The US needed a cause (reason) to declare war on Germany. Germany was NOT going to enrage the US. The ONLY reason Germany declared war on the US on December 11, 1941 was because Germany was hoping that Japan would reciprocate the favor and attack the USSR (Russia). Germany helps Japan; Japan helps Germany...TRIPARTITE PACT.
Germany,Italy,Japan,Manchuko,Menguko,Romania,Hungary,Bulgaria,at one point yugolslavia but they broke the pact of steel Germany to invade her
