None, high schools did not exist in colonial times. He received some education at home and the rest on his own.

Actually, Boston Latin School, the nation's oldest public 'grammar' school/high school, was established in 1635. (one year before Harvard College, in 1636). Seven "Signers" attended, as did Ben Franklin. (Hamilton, Adams, Hancock, Paine, Franklin,...)
