Yugoslavia was influenced by, but not signatorty to, the Warsaw Pact.

Yes it was, the Red Army was the official army of the entire Soviet Union. Ukraine, was part of the Soviet Union was the Ukrainian SSR, so Ukraine's army was the Red Army. Same with Belarus (Belorussian SSR), Lithuania (Lithuanian SSR) and all those former Soviet states.

The post-Soviet satellite state of Belarus is near to many other former Soviet Union states. Bordered by Russia to the north and east, Ukraine to the south, Poland to the west, and Lithuania and Latvia to the north, it is entirely surrounded and is thus known as a land-locked state.
