From the 21st of August to the 7th of October 1944, representatives from the US, UK, France, USSR and the RoC met at Dumbarton Oaks to discuss founding the United Nations. Eisenhower was instrumental in this creation.

At the United Nations Conference on International Organization or the San Francisco Conference in 1945, the Charter was finalized, and had representatives from 50 allied nations.
