Mary, Queen of Scots, reigned as queen of Scotland for 25 years, from December 14, 1542, until her forced abdication on July 24, 1567. Her reign was marked by political turmoil and conflict, both within Scotland and with England. After her abdication, she sought refuge in England, where she was imprisoned for 19 years before her execution in 1587.
NO! England as well as all the other countries involved at Dunkirk i.e. Scotland,N.Ireland and Wales among others were forced to retreat when faced with overwhelming numbers. In reality, England alone did not win any decisive battles of WW2,each battle was won by a combination of nations, (including "The Battle of Britain") with pilots from nations such as Poland, France, Scotland, etc.

bill bob Jones forced Mary to flee England i know it sounds silly but its true!
Anglicanism has never been forced on the people, at certain times Catholicism has been forced, but there were a variety of Protestant Churches that people have neen allowed to join.

Elizabeth never reigned over Scotland. Mary I of Scotland was succeeded by her son when she was forced to abdicate. If you meant Mary I of England then Elizabeth 'replaced' her because she died. Mary I had no children so the next heir was her only remaining sibling, Elizabeth.
Technically John Balliol was still king, but he was in exile in France following his forced abdication.
Well there is Scotland and France but I'm not sure of the other one
NO emgland kicked out Scotland and forced them out with a wall (Hadrians wall)
Queen Mary, Elizabeth's sister. She burned many Protestants at the stake and forced her sister to attend Mass.
James had a family to look after, whereas Elizabeth didn't. Therefore having to spend more than Elizabeth.
Scotland was not founded by England!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Scotland was a country in itself, it still is a country. Only now it is in a "union" with England, meaning they are supposedly equal partners (this now includes Wales and Northern Ireland). However, England did obviously try to take over Scotland many times and eventually forced through the Act of Union in 1707.But Scotland is a country and has been for many many hundreds of years, a long time before England and Scotland joined and made Britain. Scotland is a country. On its own. Just as much as England is a country, or France is a country, or Italy is a country, to name some random examples. Scotland was NOT founded by England!!

James VI of Scotland, son of Mary, Queen of Scots, became King James I of England upon the death of Elizabeth I because he was her closest living relative. James was related to Elizabeth through her aunt, Henry VIII's sister, Margaret Tudor. Margaret was James' great-great grandmother and as Elizabeth had no children, he was the next in line for the English throne. With James' succession, began the House of Stuart. Margaret Tudor, Henry VIII's sister, married James IV of Scotland who begat James V, who married Marie de Guise from France, and begat Mary, Queen of Scots, the mother of James VI, who eventually became James I of England. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_I_of_England#Proclaimed_King_of_England
