Is there rules for the citizenship?Well I really do not know. But I think there is.This is what I think: The nobles of Ancient Egypt do not want people to go out and get attacked. And if they leave, there would be no soldiers to protect. So the nobles will have to be soldiers and they do not want to get their clothes ruined and dirty.
