There are several reasons why the engines rotates but will not start: (1)fuel tank empty; (2)fault in the fuel injection system; (3)battery discharged (engines rotates slowly); (4)battery terminal loose or corroded; (5)fuel pump faulty; (6)excessive moisture on, or damage to, ignition components; (7)worn, faulty or incorrectly gapped spark plugs; (8)broken, loose or disconnected wiring in the starting circuit; (9)broken, loose or disconnected wires at the ignition coil pack or faulty coil pack; (10)broken, loose or damaged timing belt. - Haynes Repair Manual #36071, 1994-2005 Mazda B2300, B2500, B3000, B4000.

Firstly, disease. The bubonic plague was not yet over so vagabonds could easily spread this as they travelled from village to village . Secondly, idleness was a problem for the people of Elizabethan times. People believed God intended for everybody to work, and if they didn't, it was the Devil's doing. Therefore, they should be punished. Another problem was rebellion. Elizabeth thought they were a problem because they could easily start an organised rebellion (which they did). And because England was a Protestant country, Catholics would use these vagabonds to rebel in return for food or water. In addition, theft was a major problem. These vagabonds had no means of surviving so resorted to stealing. Hope this helps
Because if they were not good problem solvers they could not have solved all of the problems they had they would not have improved the way they grow their food.
If the brakes on a Mazda 6 are squeaking, it could be indicative of a problem. The brake pads could be incorrectly set.

Could you tell me how would you replace the oil pump on a Mazda Protege?
I'm not a technician but when i took my Mazda 6 to get the oil changed i overheard a tech telling another customer with the same problem that the cabin air filter was clogged and needed to be changed and that would fix the problem. take it to a Mazda dealer and tell them you need the cabin filter changed.
If the diagram decal is not under the hood, your best bet would be to visit your local library and find a reference specific to your vehicle. I don't think reference books are available for checkout, but you can make copies of the diagrams there.
Well, I would recommend finding reliable information on Mazda parts from Mazda because they offer a variety of services and information for a fee of no charge.
