The beginning of feudalism was around 410 when Rome fell. The loss of the Roman government and services meant that society fell into chaos. No longer were there set laws, courts, and things like roads and water systems fell into disrepair. To fill the void strong men came in and took over lands that were no longer under any government control. They raided villages, raped, burned, and killed. People became slaves to the feudal lords and the lords fought each other for power and to gain new lands.

Did feudalism start in Europe?

This depends on the definition of feudalism. If feudalism is regarded is identical to manorialism, then it started in the places that had been parts of the West Roman Empire, when that empire fell, at the start of the middle ages. Another view of feudalism is that it is a medieval system for the control of relatively large countries with weak central governments, and by this definition, it started about four hundred years after the fall of the West Roman Empire, in France and the Holy Roman Empire with the division of the Carolingian empire.

There isn't. It should come out in a bit. Quote from creator of Feudalism 1 and 2: "Okay, okay, I've started working on Feudalism III, going to change some things there, add a little more magic, monsters, probably another (more cartoony) graphics style." From what I know, this is all he has said about it.
