The Black Hand was backed by the Serbian Intelligence Service, perhaps without knowledge of others in the Serbian government.

Battle of Kosovo field has only importance for Serbian people and it is a folklore...During 14th century Otomanic empire was trying to conquer all Europe...Turks the leading nation in Otoman Empire had made its eye on Byzantia and wanted to take its tresure. On the 28th of June 1389 Serbian army and Turkish had fought, and the both sides lost their rulers...Only problem for Serbs was that the Empire created by Emperor Dushan who has died by sugested poissonig because he wanted to lead Crusade against the Turks with help of Pope, and Serbian nobleman with help of Ortodox church killed this great ruler thinking he wanted to make Serbia Catolic religion, and empire was dying...Dushan was killed before Kosovo battle. Afther Kosovo battle Serbian Empire slowly was conquered by Turks, and Serbian people was in bondage for five centuries as many Balkan people, the Greeks, the Bulgarians etc etc...Turkish Otoman empire was harsh to conquered people...In Serbina people there is story about it in a form of Epic poem.Serbs think that Kosovo battle is a form of Serbian Golgotha and a form of martyrdom due to great influence of Ortodox church...But if you don't look nationalistic or religion form of story, Kosovo battle was important for slowing down the Turks from conquering the rest of Europe and was one of major battles in war of christian Europe against Otomanic empire, and also was preface of Battle of Vienna when Turks was finally stoped...
