The Walmart store I work for rarely terminates associates based on a 'just because' reason. If you get hired at Walmart as either a full or part time associate, you are most likely there until you either quit, you fail to perform to Walmart's standards, or the store closes down (which is highly unlikely). If you get hired as a temporary associate your job is not guaranteed although you most likely will get kept on if you perform your job exceptionally well.
An employer hires (or employs) people and an employee works for the employer. So if you work at Walmart, you are an employee of walmart or employed by walmart. Walmart is your employer. -T.W.K
1.3 million people work for Walmart in the US.

Yes, a walmart associate can shop at Sam's Club. At walmart a employee (associates) will get a discount (10% on most things), whereas at Sam's Club they will be treated as they are just a customer. They will still need to obtain a membership of Sam's.
You can get it from a member of managment or your Personnel Associate if you are a Walmart employee. If you are not an employee, the only way to get it would be to ask someone you know who is an employee for a copy.

No, Walmart employee discount cards are typically non-transferable and can only be used by the employee to whom they are issued. Family members and friends are not allowed to use the employee discount card. Employees may, however, share details about the discounts available, but the actual card usage is restricted to the employee only.
If the employee was terminated "for cause" (for doing something wrong), then it is unlikely, but not impossible, that Walmart would rehire them. If the employee was terminated because of a reduction in staffing ("downsizing"), it is much more likely that Walmart would rehire at a later date.
