You can't get it back unless you were a forensic filest.

Additional answer

It might be possible, because when you delete a file it doesn't disappear off the hard disc, it simply has its filename altered slightly so that it no longer appears in any lists and the space it occupies on the disc is used by other files when thery are saved. So there is a time between deletion and being overwritten when it could be restored, if it can be found. There is software available which will try to do this. Google for it.

Can you recover data when it is deleted from recycle Bin?

When a file is deleted from your computer it is not really deleted such as putting to the Recycle Bin. It is simply removed from the directory of files in the folder. Even though you can no longer see the file in the folder, its contents still exist 100% intact at this point. As long as a file remains there it can easily be restored in its entirety, with no problem at all. So the first thing to do when you want to recover a deleted file is look in the Recycle Bin. If it's there, use the Restore option which will move it back to its original location. When you empty the Recycle Bin or delete a file using another method, the file is still not really deleted. The file no longer exists as far as the operating system is concerned and the space it occupied becomes available for re-use by other files. But the disk space does not get re-used straight away so the data that the deleted file contained will stay on your hard drive for some time to come. You can rely on data recovery program like Recuva (freeware)to get them back easily if you act as soon as possible.
