it happens because what ever item you have in the bag has/had moister in it so after time the moister tries to evaporate but it cant because of the bag so it turns into condensation
Mould will grow faster in a plastic bag if it's not kept refrigerated. If it's left in a paper bag, it will firstly go crusty, then mouldy but the plastic bag option will make it go mouldy faster because of the condensation which is produced. I work in a bakery.
the plastic bag will become foggy and will act like condensation. the water will turn into ice and when you take it out of the freezer, you can rub away the "fog" with your finger :)
No, a plant will not be able to photosynthesize if it is covered with a plastic bag because it blocks the plant's access to sunlight, which is necessary for photosynthesis to occur. Additionally, the plastic bag would likely trap heat and moisture, creating an unhealthy environment for the plant.
Against the possibly that, the bag filled with water may leak there is the very likely chanced that a perspiration of the bag may occur as well as a small process of condensation.
