Replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage. Screw the new bulb in place, replace the cover, and turn the oven back on to test the new bulb.
Do it the normal way with a florescent bulb
To replace the oven light bulb in your kitchen appliance, first make sure the oven is turned off and cool. Locate the bulb cover, usually at the back of the oven interior. Remove the cover and unscrew the old bulb. Replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage. Screw the new bulb in place, replace the cover, and turn the oven back on to test the new bulb.

To replace a porch light bulb, first turn off the power to the light fixture. Then, remove the old bulb by twisting it counterclockwise. Insert the new bulb by twisting it clockwise until it is securely in place. Finally, turn the power back on to test the new bulb.
To replace a range hood bulb, first turn off the power to the hood. Then, carefully remove the old bulb by twisting it counterclockwise. Insert the new bulb by twisting it clockwise until secure. Finally, restore power and test the new bulb to ensure it is working properly.
