Henry VIII's wives were of varying ages when they married him. Catherine of Aragon was the youngest at 23, while Anne of Cleves was the oldest at 24. Jane Seymour was 27, Anne Boleyn was around 32, Catherine Howard was 19, and Catherine Parr was 31.
King Henry VIII's older brother Prince Arthur, The Prince of Wales died on 2 April 1502 at the age of 15.
They are all dead now and have been for hundreds of years. Henry lived to be 56 (a respectable age at that time). He started marrying at age nineteen, when he became king and married the widow of his older brother Arthur. His wives were all between their mid-twenties and mid-thirties when Henry married them, with the exception of Catherine Howard who was 17 at the time.
When they married in July 1543 Henry VIII was 52 years old.
Two. The old "rhyme" goes "divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived". Two of Henry's wives ... the second and fifth ... were executed, the first and third were divorced (and therefore no longer his wives at the time of their death), the third died (of natural causes), and the sixth was still married to Henry at the time of HIS death.
