I don't think so. he's just the leader of the communist party. I agree with the above. Mao fought against Chiang Kai Shek for power in post WW2 China. Chiang fled to the island of Formosa, which became Taiwan & is now called Taipei. Mao became all powerful in Peking, now Beijing, and was supported by the Russians. When Mao died he was succeded by his wife, Jaing Qing, one of the so called gang of four, who were in turn overthrown by Deng Xioping.

Zheng He was high ranking Admiral in the Chinese Navy (or what could comparatively be called the Chinese Navy). He had command of numerous vessels and merchant ships of immense size and power, but he was not the Emperor of China or any other country or vassalage nor was he related to those in such positions.
