The name of the virus is brontok.
It effects system's winlogon file and hides tools menu..also it will restart PC if you open msconfig, registry editor or dos..
I would recommend to download new definitions for your anti-virus
or download its remover from

Just go to the Tools>Folder Options which is present in the menu bar Then after going to Folder Options. Immediately u can see the 'Tasks' part of the Folder Options window. Then in it click the radio button 'Show common tasks in folder'. Then immediately u will see the missed left side bar.....

Many times Explorer will remove or disable the Folder Option in Tools but there is a way to deal with it. If Folder Options is disabled but Registry Editor is still working in your system, then you can enable Folder Options by editing Windows Registry.
Click More and you will see more options, including your spam folder.
A back up folder is a another folder you have created in case you delete work and you have saved it somewhere else
Go to windows explorer, click on tools-> folder options-> view. Select "show hidden files and folders" and remove the tick mark in "hide protected operating system files".Click OK. The folder can now be found at C:\RECYCLERS. Go there and delete the contents of the folder. Finally, go back to "folder options" and undo the changes. Click OK. Done.
Right click on the folder you want to delete. Read the options you want to do with that folder. Then, there should be a button that says "Delete Folder". Click on that and it will delete it.
