Success is earned through hard work and determination. It means not giving up when something does not go right the first time.
It is acceptable in informal English to violate the rule on using "I" as the subject. In formal writing, you would not be incorrect to say "That company do not think like I." but it would really sound odd. You would be using "do not" to match the plural implied by "company." In the US, "company" is usually treated as a singular collective noun and would take "does not".Assuming you choose to count company as an it instead of a they, you have to use "I" because the complete phrase is "That company does not think like I think."You could avoid the whole mess by saying "That company and I do not think alike."

Well mostly like Kellogg's or coca cola as there big international company's :)
I think you made a spelling slip and that you meant 'insourcing'. Insourcing when a company takes a decision to make a product (usually a part of a product, like a seat for a motor car) rather than looking for and engaging another, separate company to make it for them. Its opposite is 'outsourcing'.
