Foods that really make you fat would be like chocolate , fast foods like Burger King and mcdonalds , french fries , anything done with alot of oil or by the deep fryer , bread , bacon , soda , ice cream (unless you get weight watchers) , crackers , rice , any deserts or sweets , and candy. If anything try to eat salad and whole weat crackers & bread. Buy the 3% milk which is less fattening. Another think that helps is water because it cleans out your system plus makes you wantto use the bath room which is what your probably looking for. Hope this helps .
