Kids should volunteer only to not be forced, public schools should not dare force students to help with community service if it is a voluntary act and not an exercise to prepare them. It is best that students as human beings that they are not to be forced to do this work unless they choose to do so no school can say that it is the necessity and should be forced upon students, but for the most part it should only be voluntary.
