In the United States, the individual States within the USA all have constitutions that:

A. Divide power among three separate branches:

A1. Executive, Legislative & Judicial branches;

B. States have laws that follow the principles of the US Constitution, but may have a slightly different structure & different laws that however must not conflict with the US Constitution.

For example, some US States, provide for the election of the chief executive in the state, the "Governor" every 2 years. This is the case in Arkansas. In the US Constitution, the chief executive the President is elected every 4 years. There is no conflict with the US Constitution in this case as the US Constitution has no provisions to have States elect their chief executives.

Which phrase appears in the Florida and constitution and in the US constitution?

The phrase "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" appears in the Declaration of Independence, which is often referenced in discussions of constitutional rights, but it does not explicitly appear in either the Florida Constitution or the U.S. Constitution. However, both constitutions emphasize rights related to life and liberty. The Florida Constitution includes similar language regarding rights, while the U.S. Constitution, through its amendments, protects individual liberties.

What are the similarities between the Massachusetts Constitution and the constitution of the United States of America?

They both have Legislative, Executive, Judicial, and Amendments. Florida's constitution is very similar to the US constitution. They both have articles, and they also have similar structures (structure) and rights! Both the Florida and US constitutions acknowledge the people as the source of all government power. They both state that all people are equal before the law. The ties between the US and Florida constitutions are so close that the Florida constitution adjusts several standards from the US constitution. Both the Florida legislature and the US Congress are bicameral! They are undoubtfully very similar! The US president and the Florida governor are chief executives who serve as commanders in chief of their armed forces! They are also assisted by the cabinet, hold veto power, and have the right to pardon. Each executive oversees a large number of departments. Both judicial branches have several levels. The Florida and US Constitution have a Supreme Court, appellate court, and trial courts. Because the U.S. Constitution served as a guideline, many state constitutions look very similar to the national constitution, including the Florida Constitution. The U.S. and Florida constitutions both have a preamble (an introduction that states the purpose and goals of government).
