I guess that depends on the country, and region you are in. Here in Canada, there is really no acceptable level of force, or any concept of self-defense. A personal friend of mine was attacked in his own home by an indigent addict wielding an axe (Stolen from said friend's basement). He responded with what I would personally consider an acceptable amount of force, beating his assailant and would-be pillager with a Baseball bat. He is now being charged with attempted manslaughter. My suggestion would be, don't forget to lock your doors, and keep your valuables away from street view. If you are attacked in your own home, do not exceed the amount of force needed to stop your assailant from hurting you. The urge for vengeance at such a time can be strong, but if you stop once the threat is nullified, your odds of escaping legally unscathed are much higher.
1) they will feel mushy 2) the breaks will not apply as much force as usual, thus poor breaks.
No
average.
only as much as someone is willing to pay.ask what is the estimated value of his house.
The force required to push someone will depend on factors such as their weight, inertia, and the surface friction. In general, the force needed will be greater if the person is heavier or if they are standing still.
It is hard to kick someone out of water. There are many factors into knowing how much force you need. The depth of the water and the weight and stature of the person being kicked is needed to be known.

No, an insurance company can not force you to rebuild your house after a fire. They can tell you how much they are willing to offer you for the damage on your home. At that point you can decide whether to rebuild or move.
I would estimate about 240 Newtons
Pressure = force / area. Calculate the equivalent force in newton, then divide by the area. Answer is in pascal.
It is important to apply gradual pressure rather than using excessive force when trying to break something. By applying controlled force, you can ensure that the object breaks safely without causing any accidental damage or harm.
Depends. Are you selling pipes acquired legally, or were they stolen from someone's vacant house, like mine were in the house I'm selling?
