YES. If you get married in the U.S. to a person who is not legally residing in the United States (i.e. your finace is an "illegal alien"), your new spouse, upon applying for permanent residency papers after you get married, will almost certainly be deported back to Mexico. Once deported, your spouse will be unable to legally enter the U.S. again for a period of anywhere from 5 to 20 years. Your status as a U.S. citizen has no bearing on your spouse's right to stay in the United States if he or she entered the U.S. illegally in the first place. I live in Mexico, and this is what happened to two very close friends of mine. One is a U.S. citizen, the other is a Mexican who was living in the U.S. without legal papers. They're now living in Mexico with no hope of returning together to the U.S. for 15 more years. If you want to get married to a Mexican who is not legally living in the U.S., GET MARRIED IN MEXICO. Both teams have their own strengths and weaknesses. Without oversimplifying: The US team has better team integration and physical condition. The Mexican team has better "technique" when "moving the ball" and individual players have more experience, as some Mexican players play at the European League. That is the reason the US wins sometimes and Mexico wins some other times. But Mexico is better
Maybe Mexico would be better. Mexico does not recongnize a marriage from the US with its citzens, however you can register the US marriage in Mexico to make it valid. Just to clarify: Mexico does recognize a marriage from the US (or any country)between aforeigner and a Mexican citizen, however you need to take the marriage license to have it apostille, then in Mexico you take it to the "Registro Civil" where it is registered. As for where to get married it depends on whether you want him/her to apply for the green card. In which case you have a lot of paperwork to do and waitwith patience.

In the Central Mexican Plateau, where volcanic soil and temperate climate allow better yields.
Many immigrants are sneaking through the Mexican border line and coming to America to have a better life. For the US the immigrants are taking there jobs for a lower price and will work hard and may be better quality then an American worker.
Mexico is better. Out of like 16 games Mexico played honduras, honduras has only won two times. PS I'm not Mexican, I'm Japanese. I just hate honduras and hondurans.

Answer#1NO, a baby born in the united states is an American citizen,no matter if their parents are illegals. Mexican government does not consider that child as a Mexican citizen unless the parents do the process to get a double nationality, which means, that infant is American citizen and Mexican citizen. Answer#2The writer of the previous statement should know a bit more of the Mexican Government and constitution, I challenge the truthfulness of this answer and I must add that as Mexican I speak with better knowledge of the law system in Mexico and so I answer that question like this: An Infant born outside the borders of Mexico from one or two Mexican parents is Mexican, An Infant born inside the Land, waters or any properties of Mexico from Mexican parents Is Mexican, an Infant born In Mexico (Land, Waters, or Properties) but not of Mexican Parents Is Mexican. Paz,Justicia,Tierra, y Libertad.
By knowing the motivations and struggles they had to endure, you will stop thinking of them as 'illegals who are robbing our jobs'; instead you will understand all they are looking for is the American dream: better opportunities, a better life and of course, a better future for their own children.
