No, I'm afraid not. It's for the safety of the person. If the vehicle got into an accident, the person in the back would almost definitely die. Also, if you get pulled over and the person in the back is a minor, then you're in for a ticket and a lot of trouble!
It's illegal to stand. If you sit, it needs to be in a properly constructed seat with a seat belt.
A rear seat could be installed in a cargo van with the right hardware. Seatbelts will also need to be installed to make this type of seat legal when passengers are present.
No, it isn't. Passengers cannot seat inside a caravan or at the back of a camper van.
12 years old
Not legally, in UK - must have seat and seat belt
yes!
no its comletly againsed the law but if your the one without the seatbelt and your under age then the ticket ant goin to you
My back bench needs only pull forward on the seat as you push the back of the seat down toward the back down, results in flat out bed.
In the back of the van by the sliding door just behind the passengers seat
Fold down the seat backs (the latch for the seat back is at the bottom of the seat back). Lift up on the two floor latches for each seat (one on each side), lifting up on the bottom of the seat to lift the seat floor clips out of their rear recesses in the floor. Tip the seat out of the front recesses and lift it out of the van. It is heavy and awkward, so be careful or get assistance.
There is a horizontal bar under the front part of the seat. You pull it up and push back with your feet.
the back seat holds three but seperates into two seats
