Should 12 year olds should be allowed to drive?

In my opinion... it would allow room for more accidents, but it would be ALOT easier for us kids.

I know how to drive... but im not allowed to.. stupid government :) yea i think we should but there would be a lot of crashes and parents would not be happy about that

No. A car is an expensive item plus most 13 year olds are not big enough or developed enough to think through some road conditions. The highest accident rate today is among the 16-20 year old age groups. Cars are not toys.

Well their minds are still growing. Most 13 year olds are too immature and most are too short to reach the gas pedals. Most 13 year olds don't have a job, so they won't be able to earn money to pay for gas, so I say no.

I think that us 13 year olds should be able to drive because some of us live on dirtroads so our parents let us drive there instead of the paved road also and I been driving on our dirtroad ever since I was in 1st grade so I know what the brake is and gas is and in a stick shift you got a clutch that you have to push in then put it in 1st gear.

No, for a couple of reasons: they are not tall enough (usually) to see over the wheel and more importantly, they are not mentally mature enough.
