May 12, 1972- Alabama Governor George C. Wallace, Shot by Arthur Herman Bremer, at Laurel, MD, Wallace paralized from waist down
Feb. 22, 1974- President Richard Nixon, Sam Byke attempted to hijack plane and crash into White House, Plane never took off, Byke killed self after being shot several times
Sept. 5, 1975- President Gerald Ford, shots fired by Lynette Alice(Squeaky) Fromme, at Sacremento, CA, Ford not injured
Sept. 22, 1975- President Gerald Ford, Shot fired by Sarah Jane Moore, at San Francisco, CA, Ford not injured
May 5, 1979- President Richard Nixon, Raymond Lee Harvey arrested for carrying pistol, claimed he and another man were hired to create diversion so Mexicans could shoot Carter, Los Angelas, CA, Carter not injured
May 29, 1980- Civil Rights Leader Vernon E. Jordan Jr., Shot by Joseph Paul Franklin, Fort Wayne, IN, Critically Injured
March 30, 1981- President Ronald Reagan, Shot by John Hinckley Jr., Washington, D.C., Shot in lung, Recovered
October 29, 1994- President Bill Clinton, Shots fired by Francisco Martin Duran, fired 29 shots from Pennsylvania avenue, fired at a group of men in dark suits, assuming Clinton was one of them, he was watching a football game in the White House, Washington D.C., No one was injured
