there is a huge difference, for instance, Canada has a pop. of 33 million, USA 300 million, we have 10 provinces and 3 territories, USA 50 states, we have a prime minister, USA has a president, also Canada has 2 official languages English and French, all immigrants keep their own culture if they so desire, Canada is NOT a melting pot as where the USA is considered one. Both countries enjoy being each other 's neighbour and are each other's biggest trading partners.
U.S.A.'s is elected. Canada's isn't.
Canada is usally much colder because its more north than the US

Canada's health benefits, or most of, are paid for by taxes.

Ok .in my oppinion .i think the the difference is the time zone
The climate is similar between the northern states of the US and Canada.

Connecticut, USA is 3 hours ahead of Vancouver, BC, Canada
There is no difference between Christmas in the US and in Canada. Christmas is a religious holiday, therefore it has the same date everywhere (the 25th of December), and in Canada and the US, because of the fact that we share all types of media, from TV stations to movies to magazines, the secular holiday (santa Claus and his reindeer etc.) is also the same.
